Fierce Forms - clutch bags
FOR THE FIRST TIME WE SEE HOW MACHINES CAN PERFECTLY MIMIC THE DELICATE ORGANISMS AND STRUCTURES CREATED BY MOTHER NATURE.
THE IDEA FOR THE PROTECTIVE CASES FOR PHONES CAME FROM ADAPTING THE TEXTURES OF THE NATURAL PROTECTIVE LAYERS OF LIVING ORGANISMS.
THE RESULT WAS THE CREATION OF THREE 3D PRINTABLE STRUCTURES: BARRACUDA, SWAN AND STINGRAY.
AFTER DESIGNING SERIES OF PHONE CASES THE STRUCTURES WERE USED TO CREATE A SERIES OF JEWELRY AND FEMALE BAGS WHERE 3D PRINTED PARTS WERE COMBINED WITH LEATHER ELEMENTS.

I WAS RESPONSIBLE FOR THE DESIGN CONCEPT, THE DEVELOPMENT OF 3D PRINTED AND LEATHER ELEMENTS, CAD MODELLING, CREATION OF 2D PATTERNS AND OVERSEEING THE SAMPLE’S PRODUCTION.
